Your frustration is not just yours. Tradition and religion has held women back for years but it has also freed women to thrive as well. The difference between thriving or dying in our leadership is our ability to live highly effective Christian lives in every area of our life.

Back when the Lord made me look at this I was not impressed. As a matter of fact I was over rating myself in every single area and He knew it. I wanted more responsibility in the Kingdom yet I was not taking on the responsibility of leading myself to be an effective Christian to His satisfaction.

I desired more for my life that I was not chasing; a loving marriage, a clean house, a nice car, the worldly travel, the best friend, the savings account, and so much more.

Everything I desired to have I thought I would get IF I could just get more responsibility in the Kingdom. It will all right itself IF…

I had no idea how deluded and deceived I had become. Nothing rights itself, by itself, and small problems only get bigger with more responsibility. I had to know who I was in Christ to know what I really wanted so I can live it my way.

It’s About Time to Live Your Vision Your Way

You know that God has designed you in a way that has brought you to this day for a new and improved role in the Kingdom. The day that you step to blaze a trail to His revealed Vision for you, is the day you will know that you have to travel this path “Your Way”.

He has created you to live every day with Him, doing His works, in the way only you are gifted to take them on. You can live your vision in only one way — “Your Way“.

“Your Way” consists of how you connect with Jesus best to get the most revelation. How you use your “Ministry Motivators” best to have the most influence on the Kingdom. How you learn best so you can experience higher levels of accomplishment. And how you interact with others best to bring your influential leadership to the masses.

Knowing all of this will put you square on the trail to “YOUR WAY” of growing into your highly effective Christian leadership responsibilities in the Kingdom of God.
